What should we bring in our visit?
You must bring your ticket (digital or printed) always accompanied by the ID of the person responsible for purchasing the tickets.

Can we change or return our ticket?
Tickets may be exchanged but under no circumstances may they be returned. For exchanges to be made before or after the date of the initial purchase, contact Ticketline (707 234 234)
For exchanges to be made on the day of the visit and on the spot, please go to the ticket office. Tickets will only be exchanged upon availability.
What should we do on arrival?
When arriving at The Sweet Art Museum, you should go to the entrance and wait for the information given by our staff.
How long is the visit?
The visit lasts approximately 60 minutes.In order to guarantee a visit without much traffic, groups of 15 people enter the space every 15 minutes.The only room that has a stipulated 10-minute period is the Museum´s first room - the Splash Mallow Pool. At the end of the time, visitors are invited to move to the next room and so on until the end of the visit.
Can I repeat a room or the visit?
1 ticket corresponds to 1 single visit. It gives access to all the rooms but after going to the next room, visitors will not be able to go back in the course nor start the visit from the beginning.
Can we bring children of any age?
Children of any age can visit The Sweet Art Museum but we do not advise visiting children under 3 years of age. There is no place to store baby carts or other large objects.
What can we bring with us to the visit?
Avoid transporting large bags or backpacks with you. Bring your camera or smartphone with battery and lots of free memory!
What is prohibited to bring with us for the visit?
Professional photography, lighting and tripods;
Props with high volume;
It is strictly forbidden to smoke on the premises.
Please be advised that there is no Cloakroom on the premises and it is not possible to store travel bags, baby strollers or other large objects. There is a parking space for baby strollers on the outside only.
Are there any bathrooms at The Sweet Art Museum?
Yes, there are 3 bathrooms, located in the area outside the exhibition. One of the bathrooms is reserved for people with reduced mobility.

What’s the schedule of The Sweet Art Museum?
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 11h - 21h (last entry at 20h)
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays: 10h - 20h (last entry at 19h)
Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (for events, schools and for the visit of Social Solidarity Institutions)
For private events, which may take place in the space after 9 pm or on closing day, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org . For Associations applications please contact email@example.com .
Should we get to the place some time in advance?
You must enter the space at the reserved time, at least 15 minutes in advance. For example, if you book your ticket by 1:00 p.m. you should arrive between 12:45 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. maximum.
The ticket is only valid for the day and time selected when purchasing it.
If you arrive late or wish to access the space on another day and / or time, the ticket will not be valid without there being a change approved by Ticketline or someone of our Ticket Office.
Will we be able to taste some sweets at The Sweet Art Museum?
Yes. There will be 3 tastings throughout the visit, in some of the rooms.
Is there merchandising at The Sweet Art Museum?
Yes, there is, and some will be exclusive!
How many tickets can I buy?
Each person can buy up to 10 tickets.
Is there an APP of the The Sweet Art Museum?
Yes, there is! You can (and you should!) Download it from the Apple Store and Google Play.
What are we going to be able to do during the visit?
During the visit you’ll have access to 8 rooms and enjoy different digital experiences in some of them.
You’ll also be able to taste some sweets, take photographs in all available spaces, enter a pool of marshmallows (but no, they are not to eat) listen to music and to know more ... just visiting!
Is photography allowed?
Photography is allowed and encouraged! Commercial or Product shoots, press interviews, media shoots, and all professional video equipment is prohibited without advance approval from The Sweet Art Museum – Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for requests.
